Warranty & Return Policy

 All  Sales Final on all blister pack items. These items can not be resold as  new items without the original packaging. For resealable products with  all original contents, and manuals, we will accept returns up to 7 days  after purchase with original receipt. NO REFUNDS after 7 days.
NO REFUNDS ON DEPOSITS.

Return Policy on Special Order Items / Custom Built Computers / New or Refurbished Laptops
Computer Wizards will charge a 25% restocking fee on ALL COMPUTERS RETURNED WITHOUT PROBLEMS.
A  restocking fee is necessary to cover our cost to bring the computer  back to it's original state before we are able to resell it.
All Retail Boxed items,
Motherboards,  Processors, Printers, Monitors, etc., are ALL direct manufacturer  warranty only.Warranty VOID if item received is physically damaged (such  as burned, cracked or dented). 

FULL STORE CREDIT on resealable items returned within 7 days, with all original, undamaged packaging, and manuals.
All returns must have original receipt present.

Unclaimed Merchandise

When  you bring your devices to us, please understand that we have limited  space to store your devices once the job has been completed. All  merchandise that is left with us for service must be picked up within 30  days of service completion. Any merchandise that is not claimed after  30 days will become property of Computer Wizards Professional IT  Solutions. We understand that sometime life happens, and we are always  willing to work with our clients. If you are unable to pay for, or pick  up your merchandise within 30 days, we simply ask that you keep an open  line of communication with us. As long as we know that you intend to  pick up, your merchandise, we will hold it for you as long as you need  us to. If you do not return our phone calls, or if you disappear, we can  only assume that you will not be returning for your merchandise
